Here is an encouraging & humbling update from one of our partners in Bolivia:
I started football training for kids from an organization that works with prostitutes and their children. We train the children once a week. Kids and teens from 7 to 16 years old. We divide them into 2 groups. From 7 to 11 years old and from 12 to 16 years old.
In another program we do football trainings young people in Reintegration Centers for women and men. Young people who are under 18 years old and cannot go to prison because of their age. We also are going to prison for young people from 18 to 25 years old. In the future we plan are looking for permission to go to the orphanages to train the kids and teens.
Ball Project constantly amazed by & always thankful for our wonderful partners around the world working to reach people from challenging situations to encourage people, build communities & help children play.
This is a short but sweet update from one of our Ambassadors Football partners in Bolivia:
Our team started to lead football training for kids from an organization that works with prostitutes and their children. We train the children once a week in football. The kids and teens are from 7 to 16 years old. We divide them in 2 groups. From 7 to 11 years old and from 12 to 16 years old.
We put on soccer training for young people in Reintegration Centers for women and men. Young people who are under 18 years old and cannot go to prison because of their age. And so we are organizing football programs for the prison for young people from 18 to 25 years old.
We are looking for permission to go to the orphanages to train the kids and teens in football.
Ball Project is thankful for & humbled by our partners around the world working in their communities with people from different & difficult backgrounds to help children play!
