Here is a short update from one of our Nigerian Ball Project partners. He was in Accra, Ghana training community leaders in how to build effective partnerships & how sports can help them impact their communities:
I gave out 25 soccer balls to the participants and other community sports leaders in Ghana.
One phrase that seemed to sit well with them was:
Start small; Fail small; Fail fast.
It helped them greatly in understanding the principles of partnering.
