One of our goals is to invest in local coaches here in Senegal and over
the last few years we have built up a network of around 50 coaches. Our
trainings include practical coaching topics as well as things like first aid
and refereeing. In March we look forward to our 2nd referee training and
have a friend coming who co-ordinates referee training for the
Irish Football Association. We plan to run another 1st aid course later in
the year as well as trainings on tactics and leadership.
